Destination Wedding Bodrum
Planned from Bali and celebrated in Bodrum, this wedding brought everyone together for a few unforgettable days by the Aegean Sea.
Christina & Recep planned their Bodrum wedding from Bali, while their guests travelled in from Germany and Turkey. That is one of the things we love most about destination weddings: they bring people together in a place that feels special, even when everyone is coming from different corners of the world. With the right team on location, planning a wedding from abroad can still feel calm, personal, and very real.
Their story started 14 years ago, and it was never one of those “perfect” love stories. It had distance, doubts, chaos, breaks, new beginnings, and a lot of growing up together. But maybe that is exactly what made it so special. They kept choosing each other, again and again.
Even their proposal was very them: in Mexico, while Recep was sick and on an IV drip, he still asked Christina to marry him. Imperfect and real, just like their story. By the end of the day, it honestly felt less like we were just photographing a wedding and more like we were documenting the wedding of friends.
